Justification
This restricted range habitat specialist has an extent of occurrence (EOO) and area of occupancy (AOO) of 4 km². It is known from one subpopulation, occurring in a gorge within a protected area so it is not threatened. It is therefore listed under the IUCN 3.1. criteria as Least Concern but is nationally categorised as Critically Rare.

Description
It occurs in moist shady sites in thin soil on rocks, sometimes in cracks on steep cliffs.
Threats
This species has no threats.
Population

It is known from one subpopulation which has only been recorded twice in the mid 1980s. However, given its specificity to a remote montane habitat it is likely still extant and the population is inferred to be stable.
