Justification
This species has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 584 km², and an area of occupancy (AOO) of 20 km². It is known from three highly disjunct subpopulations and the population is not declining. It is therefore listed as Least Concern.

Range
It is recorded from the western parts of South Africa from the Kamiesberg in central Namaqualand, the plateau of the Gifberg near Vanrhynsdorp and from the Koue Bokkeveld mountains.

Description
It is local and evidently uncommon in seasonally damp places in the shelter of granite boulders in the Kamiesberg or among sandstone rocks in the Western Cape mountains.
Threats
This species has no known threats.
