Justification
This species has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 238 km², and an area of occupancy (AOO) of 28 km². It is known from a handful of mountain peaks within the Cederberg Wilderness area. It is not declining, and is therefore listed globally as Least Concern, and nationally, as Rare.
