Justification
This is a range-restricted habitat specialist, with an extent of occurrence (EOO) and area of occupancy (AOO) of 8 km². It is known from two collections, and is not threatened due to the inaccessibility of its habitat. It is therefore listed globally as Least Concern, and nationally, as Rare.

Description
It grows above 1200 m elevation in sheltered wet mossy places on cliffs and cracks in rocks, mainly south-facing, where shade and water are available late into the growing season.

This species has no known threats.
