Threats |
Currently, this species' habitat is being degraded by invasive species in particular Hakea sericea. Certain areas are directly impacted by infestations, and others are at risk of future infestations. Areas of particular concern are the Jonkershoek and Hawequas Nature Reserves. Droughts may pose a potential threat in the future as climate change worsens and may lead to a lack of water in the streams. |
