Justification
EOO 1800 km², known from less than five locations. At least 60% of the sandy habitat where this species occurs has been lost to agriculture (Rooibos, potatoes, vines, tomatoes and onion cultivation). Loss is continuing.

Description
Sandy flats.
Threats
At least 60% of deep sandy soils within this species' range have been lost to rooibos, potato, vineyard and other cash crop cultivation in the past 30 years, and an estimated 30% in the past 10 years. Habitat loss is continuing.
