Description
Damp or marshy montane grassland, 1800-2100 m.
Threats
Hilliard 1994: This species must surely occur between Merrivale and the Zuurberg, though its habitat (damp or marshy grasslands between 1500 and 2000 m) is rapidly being destroyed by afforestation. (Hilliard 1994) More than 30 % of its habitat lost to afforestation and the generation length of this species is unknown, therefore, uncertainty exists around the timeframe of this habitat loss (whether or not it has occurred in the past three generations).
