Justification | A range-restricted Piketberg endemic with an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 190 km². Although last collected by Esterhuysen in 1963, all three historical sites are well described, easy to trace and occur on rocky habitat that is not threatened. It is therefore listed under the IUCN 3.1 Criteria, globally, as Least Concern but is nationally categorised as Rare. |
