Justification
Selago bolusii is an endemic to the Great Escarpment Mountains of the Eastern Cape, with an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 16 156 km². It is known from at least 15 subpopulations and likely to be under collected, this species has no recorded threats. It is therefore listed as Least Concern.

Range
This species is endemic to South Africa and is found in Graaff-Reinet, Sneeuberg and Oudeberg mountains and east to the Stormberg.

Description
It occupies rocky areas on cliffs or mountain summits, among boulders.
Threats
There are no threats to Selago bolusii. It occurs in habitats where it is sheltered from anthropogenic impacts.
Population

This species was regularly recorded during the Great Escarpment Biodiversity Project that surveyed all mountains within its range between 2005 and 2015.
