EOO 3107 km², AOO <1353 km², and eight known locations. At least 57% of the habitat is already transformed and there is severe ongoing habitat loss and degradation as a result of commercial farming, development, overgrazing, and irregular fires. Potentially threatened by alien invasive plants.

Description
Coastal grassland and rock outcrops.
Threats
All known subpopulations of this species occur in areas that are extensively transformed, 57% of habitat has been lost and degraded due to urban expansion and crop fields (calculated using GIS), with overgrazing by domestic livestock and irregular fires that are ongoing threats. It is potentially threatened by alien invasive plants.
