Justification | This species is endemic to the Richtersveld and has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 2379 km². It is known from fewer than five locations and declining due to livestock overgrazing and trampling and habitat loss to open-cast mining. It is therefore assessed as Endangered under criterion B. |
