Justification
A rare, localized species with an occurrence (EOO) and area of occupancy (AOO) of 4 km². It is known from a single subpopulation and is not threatened. It is therefore listed under the IUCN 3.1. criteria as Least Concern but nationally recognised as Critically Rare.

It is a narrow endemic of the northern foothills of the Klein Swartberg Mountains in Western Cape, South Africa.

Threats
This species has no known threats.
Population
