Threats |
| Potentially threatened by expanding rooibos tea cultivation within its range. Currently, less than 10% of this species' habitat is affected by agriculture, with rooibos tea cultivation largely restricted to the Bokkeveld Escarpment further north. A number of subpopulations have been recorded from steep rocky slopes and cliffs that are unlikely to be ploughed. |
