Threats |
Agriculture is a severe, past threat. Renosterveld habitat is severely threatened with just 14% remaining (N. Helme 2006). However, this species occurs over a wide range and there are many large fragments where it still occurs. Aliens species are a low threat to this species, although occurring with aliens these do not seem to adversely impact this species (D. Raimondo pers. obs.). |
