Justification
Three locations are known. At one location, part of the subpopulation declined as a result of the construction of the N2 Houwhoek Pass road. The other two of have been very frequently burnt over the past decade. Frequent fire is a potential threat to all three locations.

Description
Fynbos, stony slopes and mountain summits.
Threats
One subpopulation has partially declined due to road construction, but loss is not ongoing. The area has experienced frequent fires over the past decade and too frequent fire is a potential threat to all three subpopulations.
