Justification
A very rare taxon with an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 164 km², known from seven subpopulations. This habitat specialist is well protected against area-threats such as encroachment from invasive alien pines and Hakea species and too frequent fires. It is therefore listed as Least Concern under the IUCN 3.1. criteria, but nationally as Rare.
