Justification | EOO <6740 km², known from six locations. Although it is conserved in four nature reserves, these are all within the western portion of the range. In the eastern part of the range, coastal development and alien plant invasion are causing continuing declines to subpopulations. |

Threats |
| The major threat to this species is ongoing habitat loss to urban, coastal and industrial development. Much of its habitat is also infested by unmanaged invasive alien plants, particularly Acacia cyclops. |
Population |
This species is still fairly common along the coast, in spite of much habitat loss.
