Justification | A range-restricted species with an area of occupancy (AOO) of 16 km². Some sections of the Hottentots Holland reserve where this species occurs are threatened by encroachment by invasive alien pines, but they are not directly affecting this species at the moment. However, if they are uncontrolled they are likely to affect this species in the near future. This species is therefore listed as Vulnerable under D2. |
