Justification
A Little Karoo endemic from the Oudtshoorn and Calitzdorp districts. Fewer than 10 000 plants are likely to occur as all subpopulations are very small (less than 10 plants). Ostrich farming is the predominant threat in the area and plants suffer from trampling and grazing. More than 10% of the population has been lost over the past 50 years and this threat is ongoing.
