Justification
Tetragonia pillansii is a range-restricted species, with an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 2081 km². It is known from six to eight locations and is threatened by ongoing habitat loss and degradation due to mining at three of these. It is therefore listed as Vulnerable under criterion B.
