Description | Sandy coastal flats, dunes and limestone, as well as sandstone fynbos at inland localities. |
Threats |
Threatened in some areas by habitat loss to open cast mining of coastal dunes as well as coastal development (particularly on the Vredenburg Peninsula), but overall habitat transformation is still very low. |
Population |
Known from only a few collections, but very likely to be overlooked as Pharnaceum species are very inconspicuous, and more common than records indicate.
