Range | It is widespread along the eastern escarpment of South Africa, from the Leolo Mountains in Limpopo to the Amathole Mountains in the Eastern Cape, with an outlier on the summit of the Swartberg Mountains in the Western Cape. It is rarely recorded on the central Highveld of South Africa and Lesotho. This species' range also extends northwards to the eastern highlands of Zimbabwe and adjacent areas in Mozambique. |
