Justification | A range-restricted species (EOO 45 km²), known from two locations and declining at one of these due to habitat loss to limestone quarrying. It therefore qualifies for listing as Endangered under criterion B. |

Threats |
| The subpopulation at the type locality is threatened by ongoing habitat loss to quarrying. A second subpopulation is not currently threatened, but is potentially vulnerable to limestone mining. |
Population |
This taxon was previously known from a single, small subpopulation that is declining due to habitat loss to quarrying. Recent field surveys recorded a second subpopulation about 10 kilometres from the type locality, indicating that is more widespread in suitable habitat, and quite likely overlooked. More surveys are needed to determine the full range and size of the population.
