Justification
This species is widespread and is common at Silvermine, Kogelberg, Cape Point, and in the Groot Vadersbosch Nature Reserve which are all protected areas. This species often occurs in mountains and is not threatened (A. Verboom 2006). It is therefore assessed as Least Concern.
