Justification
This species has an area of occupancy (AOO) of less than 20 km² and is restricted to the lower reaches of a few streams and in some marshes in the Ceres basin. It is potentially threatened by water flow modification from damming and weir construction upstream of subpopulations. It therefore qualifies as Vulnerable under criterion D.
