Justification
A range-restricted species (EOO<500 km²), known from fewer than five locations. This species was apparently locally abundant in 1965 when the type material was collected. It has since experienced a reduction of at least 40% of its habitat over the past 30 years (less than three generations) to forestry plantations. It continues to decline due to ongoing habitat loss and degradation as a result of subsistence agriculture and overgrazing.
