Justification
This species occurs as sparsely distributed subpopulations, with less than ten subpopulations known. This species has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 6000 km² and is not threatened due to inaccessibility of its high altitude habitat. It is therefore listed under the IUCN 3.1 Criteria, globally, as Least Concern but is nationally categorised as Rare.
