Justification
Schizoglossum ingomense is known from four locations (EOO 1331 km²), and is declining due to livestock overgrazing, too frequent fires, and competition from alien invasive plants.

Description
Grasslands near streams and on forest margins.
Threats
In the Midlands as well as at Ngome, most of this species' habitat has been converted to timber plantations, with the result that only small fragments remain. These areas are being degraded by overgrazing and too frequent fire. Many areas are also invaded by alien plants, which outcompete native species.
