Justification
A very rare, poorly known species, known from only five collections in an area now more than 90% transformed to crop fields. Despite the area being botanically well explored, including the area where it was last recorded in 1986, it has not been seen again and is possibly extinct.

Threats
Expanding crop fields has caused more than 90% transformation of this species' range.
Population

A rare and very poorly known species, from a small area now more than 90% transformed to crop fields. Most records are very old, with imprecise locality descriptions, and this species' exact habitat requirements are not known. It was last collected in 1986, despite the area being botanically well explored.
