Justification | A recently discovered species known from only one location where fewer than 200 mature individuals occur, EOO and AOO <10 km². Additional fieldwork in the area has not yet located any other subpopulations. The population is declining due to grazing by livestock and inappropriate fire management. It grows in an area with high agricultural potential and is likely to continue to lose habitat to crop cultivation. |
