Justification
Recorded from one subpopulation, occurring as sparsely scattered individuals. Known from fewer than 100 plants, and although more are likely to exist the population is not likely to exceed 1000 mature individuals. It is potentially threatened by invasive alien plants (pines and hakeas).

Sandstone slopes.
Threats
Hakea and pine seedlings have been noted at the only known site where this species occurs. If they are not cleared and managed, they could potentially threaten this species.
