Justification
Although ± 56% of the range (EOO) of this species is transformed to forestry plantations, it is unlikely to have severely affected its particular habitat, which is unsuitable to plantations. EOO 2466 km², it is still common, with more than 10 known locations, and it is not declining. It is potentially threatened by alien plant invasion and lack of fire in small fragments.
