Range
Widespread across eastern and southern South Africa, from the Limpopo and Mpumalanga Drakensberg escarpment southwards through KwaZulu-Natal, Free State and Eastern Cape to Riversdale in the Western Cape. It also occurs in Lesotho and Swaziland.
