Justification
Psoralea trullata is a widespread species with an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 7895 km². It occurs in small, sparse subpopulations, and is not in danger of extinction. It is therefore listed under the IUCN 3.1 Criteria, globally, as Least Concern but is nationally categorised as Rare.

This species is endemic to South Africa, and is found in Langeberg, Tsitsikamma, Langkloof, Outeniqua and Great Winterhoek mountains.

Description
It occurs in damp, sheltered places on steep rocky slopes and ledges.
Threats
Some subpopulations are threatened by competition from alien invasive plants, particularly in the Outeniqua Mountains around George.

Psoralea trullata is a localized habitat specialist, occurring in small, scattered subpopulations.
