Description | Normally deep acid sands, but also in granitic loam/acid sand ecotone areas. |
Threats |
Crop cultivation (Rooibos and cereals) threaten subpopulations on the Bokkeveld plateau.
Urban exapnsion, crop cultivation and invasive aliens are threats in the Mamre Road and Vlakfontein Perdeberg subpopulations.
Sand quarrying is a threat to subpopulations occurring at Perdeberg. |
