Justification
A small subpopulation of fewer than 100 mature individuals of this rare and highly localized species was recently discovered after it was last seen in the 1940s. Plants are confined to one small remnant of natural vegetation (EOO <1 km²) surrounded by crop fields. Further habitat loss to crop cultivation is an ongoing threat.
