Justification
EOO 1447 km², this species is relatively common in the Cederberg and Olifants River Mountains, some subpopulations occur in lowland areas around Graafwater, these are threatened by rooibos and potato farming, however the majority of subpopulations occur in montane areas where they are not threatened.

Description
Fynbos on deep, well-drained sands derived from Table Mountain Sandstone, 300-1600 m.
Threats
Threatened by habitat loss to rooibos tea and potato cultivation in lowland areas, which constitutes a small part of this species' range.
