Description
Riverbeds, vleis and marshes.
Threats
Some populations on coastal flats such as around Kleinmond and Rooiels are threatened by coastal development, however a large number of subpopulations are protected on the Cape Peninsula and the Kogelberg. Some montane watercourses are invaded by alien species, but these are being cleared and managed.
