Threats
One subpopulation is protected, but is potentially threatened by too frequent fire. Plants at a second location are potentially threatened by alien invasive plants spreading into the habitat. Much of the surrounding areas are transformed, particularly to forestry plantations, but also for agriculture, and some subpopulations may have been lost in the past, but currently decline is not ongoing.
