Population |
This species is known from a number of historical records scattered across the mountains between Bain's Kloof Pass and Sir Lowry's Pass, but was last recorded in 1964. It is suspected to be overlooked, rather than rare or threatened. Its local abundance is not known, but the population is not suspected to be declining.
