Justification | Aspalathus salicifolia is endemic to the Western Cape Province, with an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 105 km². This is a rarely collected habitat specialist that occurs in montane habitat where it is not threatened. It is therefore listed under the IUCN 3.1. criteria as Least Concern but is nationally recognised as Rare. |
