Justification | EOO 1550 km². A formerly common species, known from at least 19 subpopulations through herbarium collections. Extensive habitat loss to wheat and citrus cultivation resulted in only six severely fragmented subpopulations remaining. Further habitat loss to Rooibos tea cultivation is causing a continuing decline. |
