Population |
Plants occur in scattered, small clumps in suitable habitat (Duncan 2012). It is seldom collected, and is currently known from only two subpopulations from the opposite sides of the Piketberg Mountain. It is likely to also occur in the intervening areas, but more surveys are needed to determine the size and extent of the population.
