Justification | Lachenalia leomontana is known from one area on the slopes of Leeurivier Mountain in the Langeberg. It has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of less than 10 km². However, it is not threatened due to the inaccessibility of its habitat. It is therefore listed under the IUCN 3.1. criteria as Least Concern but is nationally recognised as Critically Rare. |
