Known from four subpopulations, but a few more are likely as this species occurs in inaccessible habitats and is likely to be under-collected. It has no threats.

Description
In rock crevices on cliffs, which are usually south or south-east facing.
Threats
No threats - this species occurs on cliffs where it is out of reach for livestock, the main threat to plants in this region being overgrazing and trampling by livestock.
