Justification
Phylica incurvata has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 1974 km² and an area of occupancy (AOO) of 28 km². Fewer than 10 remaining locations continue to decline due to ongoing habitat loss to crop cultivation, coastal development and alien plant invasion. It is therefore listed as Vulnerable under criterion B.

Description
It occurs in coastal fynbos, on lower slopes.
Threats
Very little of this species' habitat remains intact. Most of it has been lost to coastal development and crop cultivation, and the remaining fragments are densely infested with alien invasive plants that are outcompeting native species.
Population

Phylica incurvata is known from about six locations, most of them are small, isolated remnants of coastal fynbos. The population continues to decline.
