Justification
A population reduction of at least 30% is estimated based on habitat loss to wheat cultivation over the past 60 years (generation length estimated to be 50 years). Less than 1000 mature individuals remain at two locations. The population is not declining at present, but is potentially threatened by further expansion of wheat cultivation and livestock grazing.
