Justification | A very rare, resprouting alpine species that only occurs as tiny subpopulations, each consisting of 20 mature individuals. There are only six known subpopulations and it is highly unlikely that more than 20 subpopulations exist, thus we suspect that there are fewer than 1000 mature individuals in the population. |
