Justification
EOO 2600 km². Known from five collections, four are from the Koue Bokkeveld and are likely to be lost to deciduous fruit cultivation. A recent collection from the Hex River Valley indicates that it may also occur on shale bands in mountainous habitats. We assume that more subpopulations exist in the Hex River Mountains (estimated five to 10 locations). Decline of habitat due to agriculture is ongoing in the Koue Bokkeveld.
