Justification
EOO 850 km², known from six locations. A few more subpopulations are likely to occur in the mountains between the Gifberg and the Bokkeveld Escarpment. Experiencing rapid and ongoing loss of its habitat to rooibos tea cultivation. Two subpopulations were lost on the Bokkeveld to rooibos between 2001-2006.
